Kootenay Adjusting originated in Nelson in the early 1980’s by Vern Wright and sold the company in 2001 to Gary Kanda who continues to operate a rare adjuster owned company in the industry. With four offices strategically situated in Trail, Nelson, Kimberley & Abbotsford, they cover both the East and West Kootenays of the southeast interior of British Columbia. Their goal is to assist clients in navigating the complex issues of insurance losses.
